Christopher and Kimberly met in high school when he was dating two of her good friends at the same time. She didn’t appreciate that kind of behavior, so one day she wagged her finger in his face and proclaimed “I don’t like you Chris Thomas!” He was instantly smitten, and he made it his personal mission to win her over. Today they have been happily married for more than 22 years.

In 2011, Christopher’s mom passed away suddenly, and he began to think about his roots (a fifth generation Tennesseean) and how he wanted to spend the rest of his life. In 2014 he and Kimberly made the decision for him to step away from a career with Dave Ramsey to become a full time entrepreneur. Since then they have launched or invested in several successful brands including MADE SOUTH, Eli Mason, Good Southerner, Tri-Star Media Group, and more.

Kimberly homeschools their four children, which means she works way harder than Christopher. Together they are raising their family on a small farm in Franklin, Tennessee.
